7. Heller-Landis-Mosser Graveyard (former site)

Site now occupied by Conestoga Pines Park.

History:

This graveyard was located on the farm of Abram Leaman, in East Lampeter Township, (annexed into Lancaster City). On Apr. 6, 1921, Henry Heller removed the bones and tombstones of eight Heller ancestors found here and placed them in Mellinger's Mennonite Church Cemetery. On May 27, 1924, John Landis removed the remains of 34 others who bore the names Landis, Mosser, Guiessinger, Wisler, and Dietrich, and also placed them in Mellinger's Mennonite Church Cemetery.
